Our latest Whiskey offering is finally here. Crafted from single pale malt barley and triple distilled to perfection, we capture only the pure heart cut, removing the heads and tails to ensure exceptional smoothness.
Key to creating such a heavenly drink is in the elevated temperatures throughout the final maturing process modern technology can perform within the casket. This gives the whiskey the feel of a thirty two year old.
This whiskey is distilled three times before barrelling and left to gently ferment in aged in ex-French Red Wine Barrels over 8 years. Finally, prior bottling it is cut with Cornish spring water to 42% ABV bringing out a refined, elegant whiskey with a smooth full-bodied rich finish.
