Aged in French Red wine barrels for three years this brandy is made purely from Bramley Apples. Distilled twice in 200Ltr copper pot stills it is then transferred into a 225Ltr Oak Barrel to allow the magic to happen. During this time its cut with Cornish spring water and left to rest.
